Automatic Defrost-The defrost is over and fault disappears.

Ambient humidity≤30%--The humidity returns to more than 30% and returns to normal.
HI Code
Ambient humidity ≥ 90%--The humidity returns to below 90% and returns to normal.
Unit does not start
-Make sure the dehumidifier's plug is inserted completely into the outlet.
-Check the house fuse/circuit breaker box.
-Dehumidifier has reached its preset level or bucket is full.
-Bucket is not in the proper position.
Dehumidifier does not dry the air as it should
-Did not allow enough time to remove the moisture.
-Make sure there are no curtains, blinds or furniture blocking the front or back of the dehumidifier.
-The humidity control may not be set low enough.
-Check that all doors, windows and other openings are securely closed.
-Room temperature is too low, below 41°F(5°C).
-There is a kerosene heater or something giving off water vapor in the room.
The dehumidifier makes a loud noise when operating
-The air filter is clogged.
-The dehumidifier is tilted instead of upright as it should be.
-The floor surface is not level.
If it is not the above conditions, please contact
Connect the drain hose,but the water is flowing in the bucket
Make sure the connection is tight and there is no leaking. See the Continuous draining section.
The pump operation on light blinks
-Clean the pump filter
-Check the pump hose is not blocked or leaking
-Empty the water bucket
Can't find the hose adapter
Please check the bucket and see if the hose adapter in the bucket.
Can't find the filter
Our dehumidifiers' filters are removable, washable, and reusable,it can be removed via the upper left corner.
This plastic cover is the filter, you can see the dense mesh on it.
