Return Policy
Vellgoo stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping that each and every customer expectation is met and exceeded. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase experience within 30 days, we are happy to help with a replacement or refund.
All returns for defect and all returns made after this 30-day return period must be made pursuant to the terms of Vellgoo's Limited Warranty.
For any indirect purchases, meaning (1) any purchases not made directly from Vellgoo.com (the “Site”) or (2) any purchases made from our authorized resellers, such as Amazon, please refer to the reseller’s return policy or contact the reseller directly. We do not accept returns for indirect purchases.
If you received the wrong/damaged item or wrong quantity of items, please contact Vellgoo Support.
REFUNDS
Refunds on authorized returns will be processed within 30 days of Vellgoo’s receipt of the returned item. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Please be sure to keep your copy of the proof of delivery. If Vellgoo is unable to verify its receipt of the returned item, Vellgoo will not be liable for any repair, replacement, or refund on the returned unit.
EXCEPTIONS
Any returned item that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. Returned items that show malicious and/or intentional physical damage is not covered under this policy.
