Very quiet and easy to operate!

This unit is very good. It works perfectly.
Unfortunately I had a bit of difficulty with it. (I used it a LOT)
Customer service was QUICK to respond and solved my issues immediately.
I highly recommend this product, it's been better than I hoped for.

Works great! I did have an issue after about 7 months but customer service was amazing! They responded quickly and were able to fix my issue.

This is my second Vellgoo Max as my first one finally removed its final pint of humidity last winter after running almost two years constantly! I know that they are advertised for damp basements, but I placed mine in my upstairs dormer storage space which is constantly plagued with moisture for some unknown reason, old age I would suspect! At any rate, as soon as I plugged the new one in and attached the constant drain tube, it wasn't but 30 minutes if that when I heard water dripping into my "catch bucket"! Definitely worth every penny spent on purchasing it.

Easy, light weight and set it up inside and in basement!

It was easy to set up and is working well. Good size and design. The auto shut off works well. Only time will tell if it can keep up with the moisture caused by the 120 gallon tropical fish tank.

Works great for small bedroom. While dehumidifier is running its very quite. We have machine set to auto shut off , so I can empty when it’s full . Great for the value for the money. No know leakage as long as the auto shutoff is on. Ease to clean without any smells.

The unit is exceptionally easy to use and work very well. I did have a problem with it, but Customer Service was incredibly helpful and getting everything taken care of. I would purchase again.
