After buying a new house with a basement I knew we needed a dehumidifier. I am extremely pleased on how well it does on pulling the moister out of the basement and keeping it comfortable. I did buy a longer hose to run it to my sump pump instead of having to empty the container each day. Also it is Energy Star and Ameren Illinois has a $50 rebate on it making it even cheaper to buy. (Check Ameren to make sure it’s still on there). I have recommended this dehumidifier to 2 other people and both love it so far.

Easy to set up and easy to operate. I have had it running for over two months in my basement and it is working perfectly. Very happy.

Honestly? It’s great.
It’s a lil heavy, kinda warm, but for the price and a lil hit of electricity is sucks, blows, and drains better than any human holding a fan could.

Great value. After the water comes down it will make a sound and you can easy dump it no fuss or use the hose if that’s ur thing but it will leak and gush so make ur stick it deep in the pipe.

It’s got special settings so you can hit it and quit the maintenance. If it’s really working, it will make some noise but u can’t muffle it cause it needs to vent. Unlike most things it will keep the room ready for your comfort even late at night.

Removes musty odors from unused facilities and keeps the basement dry.

I’ve had four other dehumidifiers over the past 30 years by different manufacturers. None of them have lasted more than eight years. This one is quieter than the other ones. It pulls out more moisture in a shorter period of time. The fan turns on it gets the job done and then it turns off as opposed to the other ones in the fan ran all the time. I’ll run it on the drain hose when I’m going on vacation and I’ll run it into the bucket when I’m at home both ways that work great. It’s also smaller and size and lighter than the previous models. I hod. I hope it serves me this well for sometime to come if it does, I’ll be pleased.
